Germán: “¡Jade!”
Jade: “Bueno, pero quiero saber. No sé. Ya salieron a pasear, fueron al cine. Tuvieron su salida romántica.”

In Mexico we say :
- Aquí se rompió una taza y cada quién para su casa.
It's a SAYING or A PROVERB
This phrase is very "common" to hear when we are saying goodbye at a party or informal meeting, it is a colloquial way of saying that it is time to leave or when you are breaking up a relationship (friendship, girlfriend or boyfriend).
Personally, I don't remember when I used it.

Yeah, that's what it means. It's a way to say goodbye, but sometimes it's a way to force a goodbye when it's late and someone wants to leave and doesn't want to make it awkward making it a little more subtle like a "so, should we leave?".
It obviously isn't just like a "so, should we leave" because saying "taza taza cada uno a su casa" it sounds more like an suggestion/order, so people use it when he/she knows everyone or the majority wants to leave too but they keep staying because they are distracted talking...
Sorry if I didn't make myself clear, it's not that easy to explain. 😬
In that context Germán is clearly saying it because he doesn't want to talk about that topic anymore because they are probably making León uncomfortable and that's why he makes that excuse "León se tiene que ir, ¿no?" too.

@Aaron_E Oh my Colombian friend said it had something to do with people having their own opinion or or that it’s not such a deal to bring up at the dinner table or something like that
