This is confusing. I would not use it.

3.He convinced me to justify his innocence.

This makes sense, yet may not reflect what you want to say. This sentence means that he convinced you to justify, meaning defend, his innocence. This would be appropriate if you are going to defend his innocence.

4.I was convinced to justify his innocence.

Same answer as 3.

5.He convinced me that he is innocent.

This is correct. It sounds much clearer than number 3 or 4, unless you will be defending him. Are you speaking as his attorney or something?

6.I was convinced that he is innocent.

Same as 5.

I assume this is law related in general so I will answer with that in mind.

5 and 6 makes sense and sounds natural. You can use either sentence.

3 and 4 is mostly natural, but you should use "prove his innocence" instead of "justify his innocence". "Justify his innocence" doesn't work because that requires him to be innocent in the first place (and if he was innocent, then you wouldn't say this).

1 sounds a little bit unnatural and 2 sounds unnatural.

For 1, you can write it as:
"His utterance convinced me of his guilt."
or
"His utterance convinced me that he was guilty."

For 2, you can simply say:
"I was convinced of his guilt."
or
"I was convinced that he was guilty"

and I'm a bit confused now.So let me check some points...

No.2 is unnatural.(it's gramatically confusing and also in meaning.)
=>Yes.I think so now..

As in No.3.4, If he is actually innocent,justify is not needed here and is to replaced with prove.

Also,No.3.4 are correct if I'm finally going to defend him,whether or not he's actually innocent is a not problem.
=>So it does make sense even If he were guilty and cheated me into defending him,right??

@afiri107mk let’s start with some use of these terms:

“Bob told me he was guilty.”

“Bill justified his killing of Jane as self defense.”

“An attorney has an obligation to put on the best defense possible, whether or not they believe in their client’s innocence.”

“Despite Bill’s justifications I believe he is guilty.”

I suggest you review these sentences. Also, the sentences you are using change significantly if you are talking about the law, attorneys, courts, etc. These situations have their own jargon (special language) that is more formal and precise than a conversation between friends about guilt and innocence.
