@niceba You're probably wondering the difference between "you" and "you" hahah (singular and plural).
The difference depends on context on which you'll be hearing it. I'll give you examples:
"You need to relax man, stress will make you old!" (Singular)
and
"Hey you all, pay attention! You need to solve this until next week!" (Plural)
It can only be differentiated by context, because in Modern English, there's no separation on "You" as plural or singular. However, if you want to sound fancy, you could use Old English words for "You". Being "ye" ("you" plural) and "thou" ("you" singular).
It can be a bit easier to notice the difference when using Old English, I'll give you two more examples :
"Ye need to relax!"
and
"Thou need to relax!"
See ? Now even with the same phrase you can tell the difference when it's plural and when it's singular :)

“You” is used when taking directly to someone. Example “I am wearing green and you are wearing blue”
They is used for multiple people. Ex. “I am wearing blue and they are wearing white.”
Hope this helps!

Thank you for answering! I think I understand better now.
How about the “you” in the second line from the bottom? Which is the you” mentioning?

@niceba
"Could" is the past of "can", it indicates a possibility. In this case, making a suggestion that you could say something about it.

@niceba "I think you can phrase it either way"
Also sounds singular. Here's a tip :
Always consider the phrase that contains "you" as singular, unless the context have already indicators of plurality, such as "you all, you guys, you girls", etc.
