We are developing a new service.

This service allows you to ask just about anything(languages, cultures etc..) to native speakers.
We are still considering about the name.

I actually think you should integrate this service into Lang-8 instead of creating a new site.

The other options either sounds worse to me, or I don't get the meaning of them ( qwacki?). I think hinative is the best one you have here.
Althouh I also think you should just integrate this to lang-8
