Would it be good if I answered "I'm doing good" to the question "how are you?" What's more, would it be ok if I answered "I'm good" to the question "how are you doing"?

It's fine when you are talking to an American. The British people could be more picky :)

Tbh I answer with “good” or “I’m good” a lot! I’d say a majority of the times actually. Even though I know grammatically it should be “well”… but alas we don’t always use “correct” English when we speak 😅
