"peaceful" means that something brings you peace. So a peaceful place/location is a place that it is easy to feel peaceful when you are in that place. Like a quiet park, or next to a pond. A peaceful time of day might be in the early morning, when everything is still quiet. Or in the evening, when you can finally relax after a busy day. So we might describe part of the day as being "peaceful", like "it was a peaceful afternoon." or "Sunday was peaceful because I had no deadlines to worry about."
But "my peaceful time" is not a common phrase. It would be more common to say things like "I love it when things are peaceful." or "I love peaceful afternoons." or "I love spending my time in peace."
--
"restful" means that something allows you to rest and recover, to recuperate, to relax in a way that makes you feel more energy and less stress afterward. So it is actually more common to say that a nap or a night's sleep was "restful". But sometimes we will say that a very relaxing experience was "restful" because it felt almost as refreshing for the mind or soul, as a nap is refreshing for the body. So relaxing for a while out in nature, might be "restful". Or a week of vacation that you spent doing quietly simple things that relax you, with no big plans. That could be described as "restful".
But "my restful time" is also not a common phrase. And it sounds like a strange way to describe a nap. Or at least, that is what I would guess if I heard someone say this. So I think your teacher was just trying to guess what you meant, but the correction was not actually better.
That is the hard part about teaching a language: because sometimes if the meaning is not clear, then it can be hard to know how to correct it. So maybe that is what happened with your teacher.
Some more natural ways to use "restful" are things like, "My nap was very restful." or "I removed some clutter from my bedroom, so now the room is a lot more restful." or "I went to a weekend retreat where they did not allow cellphones. The forest and the lake were very quiet and peaceful. It allowed me to relax and it was a very restful experience."

A peer is just someone who is your social equal, so it usually means like fellow students or fellow employees, or people who are your same age and have a similar amount of money or education. Things like that. They are comparable to you. They are in an equal place in life. So they are not older, more advanced, more educated, have seniority over you. And they are not less educated, younger, less knowledgeable, or beneath you. So a peer is someone who is about equal to you, in society.
And a 'friend' = someone that you like and trust, who you are close to, that you share things in your life with. They are sometimes peers, because it is easy to make friends with people who are the same age and have more things in common with you. But sometimes a friend is more successful or more rich or more educated or older or has a better job than you do. Or a friend can be less educated or have less status, or be younger, etc than you are. So friends are not always your social equal, but they still matter to you because friendship is more important.

@hatterha I apologise for the delay in replying, things have gotten a bit busy for me right now.
Ah ok, I understand what you meant now. That makes sense. Some common phrases for this are:
I love to relax in the evenings.
I love spending peaceful evenings at home.
I love/like/enjoy quiet evenings.
I enjoy my downtime after work. - (using "downtime" like this meaning is mostly in American English).
I used "evenings" because that is traditionally when a lot of people get home from work. But if your work has different hours, then you can adapt it. So if you get off work in the afternoon, then you can say "afternoons" instead of "evenings". Or just say "after work" or "when I get home" etc instead of a time. So things like:
I love relaxing after work. / I love relaxing at home.
I love quiet time spent at home. / I love quiet time spent after work.
I love peace and quiet.
I love taking time to relax.
I love spending time in peace.
I love peaceful moments/afternoons/evenings/days/weekends.
I love spending time by myself.
etc.
That should give you a few more natural sounding options for this idea.
