Does anyone know of a good translation app for translating casual Japanese? I'm trying to read manga, but they change the verb endings a lot in very very casual Japanese so it's hard to understand sometimes.

Best to learn Verb conjugations in Japanese. If you could write some examples here maybe I can help.

DeepL is somewhat better compared to Google Translator.
But to be precise you have to learn some basic rules of casual Japanese to omit ending particles like ね, よ, ぜ etc. and substitute colloquial pronunciation to normal one like ねー→ない before putting the sentence into a translator.

If I were you, I would probably get two versions of the same manga(English and Japanese versions) and try to compare them.
