When telling time in chinese, do natives really use all of these time periods: 凌晨，早上，上午，中午，下午，晚上?
Is it common to use 刻, 半 and 整?
Example: 10:15 十点一刻，10:30 十点半， 10:00 十点正
Is it common to use 差?
Example: 9:55 - 差五分十点
