Is 帅哥 old-fashioned?

Someone said on this app that it's old-fashioned and that young people don't use it anymore. Is it true?

Calling someone 帅哥 to his face might sound a bit off (though still commonly used in service industry), but it's perfectly normal to describe someone as 帅哥, such as telling your friend you've met a 帅哥.

@Meouw 不过时。在中国对不认识的人的礼貌称呼可以是“帅哥”，“美女”，在两广地区还可以称呼“靓仔”，“靓女”。
