鸟龙 is a kind of disnosaur so I guess what you mean is乌龙
乌龙is a word to describe a confused person.As for me,it's not a word used very often,I will just say 糊涂.In addition,乌龙球means own goal.Referring to乌龙,it's applied much more.

据我了解，“乌龙”的含义大概是“离谱”，“奇葩”差不多，也就是“正常人无法理解”。
所以“你也太乌龙了吧”可以换成“你到底搞什么鬼啊？”
不过用“乌龙”这一词就表示，他也并非气到恨不得把“你”碎尸万段的地步，其实一半是开玩笑了吧。

It's a way to say that someone is confused without too much malice.It's like a joke between friends,a liitle different from hilarious,the people you watch may be laughing,even if it's not a very rude way to say you are confused,they will laugh to ease the potential embarrassment.And accutually,I hardly use it.

@dongaowen 我连不上这个网站😂我也看不到你的图。我在网上搜了一家人之名第20集，看了一下也没有听到这句台词。也许意思是：你们搞错状况了，比如发生了什么误会。乌龙据说来源于粤语，比如足球比赛中，把球踢进自己队的球门里，这就叫乌龙球（搞错球门了）。
这是我查到的：乌龙，来历大约是这样的：英语“own goal”（自进本方球门的球）与粤语的“乌龙”一词发音相近，而粤语“乌龙”有“搞错”等意思，大约在上个世纪六、七十年代，香港记者便在报道中以“乌龙”来翻译“own goal”。
