im overwhelmed by these names😭 can someone break these down? is this the correct translation ?

"The Three Sovereigns and Five Emperors, Xia, Shang and Zhou returned to Qin, rebelled against the Han and the Three Kingdoms, ended the Jin Dynasty, ended the Northern and Southern Sui and Tang Dynasties, followed the Five Dynasties, Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties."

三皇五帝 is the half-myth-half-history Remote Ages of China，also means three earliest ancestors king and then following the five great emperors.

Starting by the Three Sovereigns and Five Emperors, via Xia, Shang and Zhou turned out to be Qin，which was revolted by the Han, then Han split into the Three Kingdoms. The Jin Dynasty began when the Three Kingdoms ended. Next came the Northern and Southern Sui and Tang dynasties one by one, followed by the Five Dynasty. All ends are in succession of Song, Yuan, Ming, and Qing dynasties.

三皇五帝 夏 商 周: As you've put an English version there I think you can understand these.
归秦:Qin dynasty. All Qin's enemies were destroyed or mergerd by it hence “归秦”.
反汉：Han dynasty
三国休：Three kingdoms
晋、南朝北朝、隋 唐(Jin. the Northern and Southern ,Sui, Tang)
宋元明清(Song Yuan Ming Qing)
