the main thing i noticed is, when you want to put "person" into plural form, you would say "people" instead of "persons", because it sounds weird otherwise. i think the rest of it is great! though, you could add a few commas.

it should be like this: "I only share my dreams with the people who are very intimate with me, like my mom and my friends, because I think they are the only people who are willing to, and have the patience to, listen to my meaningless and weird stories."
