I would say 好的，账单算好了我就马上给您。In this context, the bill is ready is a thing that will happen for sure, so we don't say 如果 anymore. It's okay if you say 如果，but without it, it'll be more Chinese. Also we don't say 做账单，cuz the bill is just calculation, if you say 做账单，you'll make people feel that you wanna fake it. And we just say 给您, cuz you just give it to the customer in person, but 发给 means hand out sth(to more than 1 person) or text/e-mail someone via some electronic equipment
