I'll arrange for my dogs to get their food
I'll have my dogs get their food

I'll arrange for you to open the door for you
I'll have you open the door for you

"I'll arrange for" is used for more complicated arrangements than simply "I'll have"

Like, "I'll have someone call you" means "I'll ask someone to call you"

I wouldn't say "I'll have my dogs get their food." That sounds like you are telling the dogs to get their food from somewhere. Instead you could say "I'll have my neighbor feed my dogs."

"I'll arrange for you to open the door for you" doesn't make sense. You could say:

1. I'll arrange for someone to open the door for you.
2. I'll have someone open the door for you.

2 is used for simpler situations than 1. If you need to plan several hours in advance, I would use 1. If it's really simple, like just asking someone to open the door right away, then I would use 2.
