Can I use お/ご instead of "あなたの" ?
If yes, and thats what I expect, whats the difference of them?
And is it even the "Normal" way to use/say them?

お/ご is used for polite, not used for instead of あなたの.
For example:
ご本は持っています means "I have your book", but it is omitted あなたの from あなたのご本は持っています.
お車に傷をつけないようにしないと is not always say for "your car". It may be "respected person's car".

Almost everybody told me that "あなた" == "Bad", and that I should only use it when I speak to a alot of people.
I thought "お/ご solves the problem of saying "あなたの" or "Name-さんの".

"ご本は持っています" Can it also mean "respected person's book" ?
Is it going to be understood if I use "お/ご" for "Your ____" ? And if no, what should I use instead ?

ご本は持っています can be also used for respected person's book.
For example, at a class reunion of an university,
A: 先生が最近、ご本を書かれたそうですね。
B: ご本は持っていますよ。
In such case, ご本 is written by the professor.

Whose book is depend on the context. It is same to 本 without ご/お.
ご/お is only used for polite or respect. It doesn't mean whose.
