What's the hardest part about learning Japanese for you?

Speaking?
Writing (without kanji)?
Grammar?
Kanji reading?
Kanji writing?
The list goes on...

For it's the kanji and sentence construction. How long have you guys (& gals) been studying Japanese?

stupid kanji (￣◇￣;)
puts the more complex japanese rpgs out of reach..

My biggest weakness currently is speaking, just because it's what I have done the least of.
I would say the most difficult obstacle to overcome in Japanese though is kanji. There are so many of them, and the memorizing doesn't end at just the character. Different readings, different meanings in certain contexts, etc...

Studying for about almost a year and a half.

As for me, I've been studying Japanese for three years, going on four years. Hopefully university will be a far more comprehensive experience.
