Is it okay use あいつ for "he" instead of 彼.... And is there any other way to say "she" other than 彼女

You can basically use あいつ to both men and women, but be careful. It's not polite way.

I think female don't use this word between friends. If you don't like or hate her, you can say "わたしあいつのこときらいなんだよね→I hate her." You'd rather use "あの子(こ)or "
Male usually use this word between friends.
