Can we have a call? 这个在 英语 (美国) 里怎么说？

I want to arrange a call (rather than discussing the matter over email). "Can we have a call?" seems the most natural and polite way to express it to me. However google has only 7 search results with this exact phrase, so not being a native speaker I'm starting to doubt.

I would ask: "Can I give you a call?"
Or
"Could we have a conference call?"
