Also we need to have hearty breakfast to make us full of energy for whole day. The best are porridge, apple and a cup of tea with some sugar.
For lunch it's better to have soup with cereal bread. Then you can eat some salad with meat.
And dinner shouldn't include a wide variety of food, make it smart. It is time for daily products such as milk, kefir or yogurt.
If you care about your shape you shouldn't eat any cakes because there are always make fatter.
If you're busy and spend a lot of time at school, at work you should have in your bag any fruit, yogurt and nuts, in case you can't eat at home.
Nevertheless, whatever you eat that influence the body, so it is necessary to do any sport or just to be more active, go on foot more or make the room oftener, do morning exercises. does this sound natural? 听起来自然吗?

For lunch it's better to have soup with multigrain bread. Then you can eat some salad with meat. Always watch your meat portions. White meat and fish are healthier options.
Dinner needn't include a wide variety of food, make it smart. It is time for daily products such as milk, kefir or yoghurt. (I don't agree that these are good dinner foods. I'd suggest at least 4-5 serves of vegetables and limited meat and carbohydrates.)
If you care about your shape you shouldn't eat any cakes and sweets because they always contain sugar which will cause you to gain weight.
If you're busy and spend a lot of time at school or at work you should keep healthy snacks like fruit, yoghurt and nuts in your bag just in case you can't eat at home.
Nevertheless, whatever you eat will influence the body, so it is necessary as well as maintaining a healthy diet to do sport or just to be more active as well. Choose to walk or ride a bike rather than drive, do housework, do morning exercises etc. Every little but will help!
