Use dentro when a object or person it's into something, but adentro , it's more use whit order ,back inside the house. En español seria de esta forma: dentro, te refieres cuando un objetó esta dentro de un lugar, mientras que a dentro sirve mas como una orden , también se usa entra, que es entra a la casa, pasa la bien adentro, adentro esta mas cómodo, entra están tus familiares en la casa, espera adentro, etc.
