I've noticed that there are many "signs" in Japanese that we for example in Sweden doesn't use...
When do you use these for example
「 」，( ) ？
And does these "、" = "," and "。" = "." Equal the same? Because they look slightly different and do you use them the same way?

The 。is the same, they use commas too but not as frequently I don't think.

The square brackets are our "" marks and I haven't seen anyone use ( ) really.

But I tend to focus on context and not grammar rules right now.

「」is quotation marks so they're the same as "". The ( ) is the same as the use in English. "、" is the same as "," and "。" is the same as "."

About braces, see your another question.
"。" is same to period, which means end of a sentence.
“、" is similar to comma, but it is used more often.
